Date night looks to leave the house in.

Hands up if you still can't quite grasp the novelty of going out? Of leaving your actual house? I must admit it feels like a little bit of a treat after weeks of staying at home, quite comfortable thank you very much in my trackies. On that note, it very much feels like a treat to dress up. I've caught up with girlfriends over lunch and I've enjoyed the first date night out in a long time.
And that got me thinking about date-night dressing. I'm here for it. I love putting together an outfit that I know I feel great in, that may have a little shine or shimmer to it and something that feels just a little bit extra for a night out with my favourite person.
If you're with me, scroll on down for some date-night outfit inspiration. With winter setting in, add a coat for to and from the restaurant and you're good to go!
