Dress yourself happy! 😁

It's no state secret that I LOVE wearing black. Like really LOVE. BUT. I'm certainly not adverse to a little "dopamine dressing". What's dopamine dressing, I hear you ask? It's a fashion-y term that grew out of people's desire to dress themselves happy by wearing of bright colours. The theory is that it's near impossible to feel low if you're popping a bright.

Friends of Styling You The Label, Stace McGregs and Blonde Ambition by Brooke Falvey, are the queens of dopamine dressing. It's their default dressing and I swear it shows in their smiles.
