Heading away somewhere cold this winter?

Oh gosh, I'm conscious that when I write about getting away that not all of us have that privilege or opportunity right now. I'm sorry if that's you, particularly if you're in Melbourne.

Remember my number one packing rule is to always track the weather app in the weeks and days leading up to packing for your destination. This is the strongest guide you'll have as to what level of warmth you'll require in what you pack.

My number two rule is to work with a base of neutral separates that mix and match with each other to give you more outfit options when you are away. This works to help minimise what you pack, particularly if you have access to laundry facilities.
