There’s something about the start of spring that feels like hope. Days get warmer and longer. The air feels a little lighter. Hope is what we *hope* you will feel when wearing pieces from our Spring 2021 collection, Pretty in Peach.
This is part one of a two-part collection we're so peachy keen (sorry couldn't resist) to share with you. You’ll find many of the shapes you’ve come to know and love plus a couple of new ones we hope you’ll fall in love with too.
The colour peach is just so fresh and fun. We think you'll love it in our limited edition technical fabric release this season as well as in linen! Yes, you read correctly. For the first time, we're bringing you quality, Australian-made pieces, starting with our Nadia linen shorts (based on our best-selling Bec shorts design) and a white blazer (see below and stay tuned for more colours).
We've also created a peach/pink tonal check as our limited edition print this season. The statement checks are larger than a gingham but not overwhelming on. You'll find our check print this month in our best-selling cami and midi skirt shapes as well as a new maxi dress shape (see below). Wear our checks together or worked back with peach, pale pink, white and black.
New shapes include:
- The Stevie technical sleeveless blouse (she flows like our Kim and Felicity blouse but is designed as alternative to a cami under blazers or on its own in the heat of summer - and, yes, we’ve worked hard to minimise gaping under arms by creating a perfect cut on the shoulders)
- The Carol checked puff sleeve dress (she is your fun, spring sister to our best-selling Edwina dress. We've given her statement puffed sleeves because she likes to be noticed!)
- The Caroline blazer (this is THE blazer you need for spring/summer - the ultimate outfit completer when the heat is on but you still want a second layer)
We’re made in Australia - in NSW - we’re so particularly grateful to our manufacturer this time around because this collection has been created by a team working and living in the most stressful of times.
Because of the ongoing situation in NSW we were not able to receive samples to photograph each of our pieces on models in all our sizes. They've been photographed on myself and size 18 model, Asinate. We prioritised production of our collection instead, so hope you can understand. As a small business, we had to think quickly so we could still bring you new pieces without adding even more stress on our manufacturers. We have engaged our regular models to photograph some of their favourite pieces, so we will be sharing those both on our site and on Instagram and Facebook. We will also include the sizes of each of our models on each product as we know what size they would have worn and many of them have now tried on a selection of the pieces. As always, check your measurements against our models to help determine your size.
This collection is available in sizes 8-18. Our best-selling summer basics will be available mid October in sizes 8-20. Read here to find out about our sizing aims.
